Wow! That will be a difficult question to answer. You need to consider location to work, church, friends and family. Both communities are unique and have some very nice homes. Drive the Clear Lake area and the Friendswood area and get a feel for each. I would be happy to show you homes when you decide on an area.
Have a great weekend.

It really depends on the type of community you're looking for. Clear Lake encompasses a large area with part of it in the city limits of Houston and part in Pasadena. Friendswood is a city unto itself and has more of a small town feel with activities throughout the year, its own school district, etc. Both are nice areas and both are near many of the same shopping malls and medical facilities. When looking for a home, it would probably come down to finding the right house at the right price. Both have highly rated schools and neighborhoods with similar amenities.
