If the price of the house is $25,000, what does the land, improvements and the total mean? What is the real total of this house?

We're assuming you are looking at a tax assessment. It contains the value of the structure, and it separately considers the value of the associated raw land and all improvements (sewer, water, utilities connected to the property). The total combines both structure and land values.

Maggie,
The asking price of this house is "Opening Bid", listed as $50,000. The Auction will take place on Sept. 7. Contact me if you should need buyer representation on this or any other investment property.

FYI: the 2011 real estate assessment is:$194,700

$85,800 attributed to land and $108,900 to the improvements
