Hi Ricardo,

The house and the 37 acres of land is being included in the sale. The wine label and specific crops that this owner created are not included, but of course we can speak to the owner and see if he would be willing to negotiate that as part of the deal.

The house & the 37 acres of land are for sale. The owner will use their wine label (business name) elsewhere, maybe they have other crops in Napa, San Luis Obispo or the like. And they will remove their crops. If you want to grow crops, you'll start from scratch.

OR negotiate with the owner for crops to stay. This property is listed about 50% less than it was 4yrs ago. If the owner truly wants to sell, some haggling is necessary.
