I would like to obtain my real estate licence, I have already passed the pre licence course and am cleared to
take the test , I am very concerned about the current condition of the market , and as a new agent, and not having a second income to fall back on , I will need to work a part time job as well. (probably serving) is this possible? or does the condition of the market make it nessasary to dedicate all time to this field. any advise appreciatie thx angie
