While knowing what has sold is informative, you also need to know what the competition is doing in today's market. Buyers are lookimg for the best value for their money. When inventory is high in proportion to the number of buyers in the market place, your property needs to be competitively priced to sell. Have your agent provide you with a competitve market analysis so you list your home at a price in line with or better than your competition.
