I would like to ask the ellice lots at Marisol is it worth buying a lot, and building at Ellice? Can you see the ocean very, very well?

Hi,

MariSol is located on a 100ft bluff with unobstructed whitewater and Channel Island views. When you are in the properties, it feels and sounds like you are right on the sand. It is the best of both worlds, because there is no danger of tidal erosion, or a lack of privacy that you would normally have from being located directly on the sand. It is very easy to build at MariSol with permit approval possible in 3-5 months with no Coastal Development Permit required. Also, MariSol offers up its homebuilding expertise to its buyers. Overall, an amazing location with panoramic views and a relatively easy location to build a house.
