I want to sell a house in Sneads, FL(Jackson County). It is a 2 could be a 3 bedroom one bath. I would
guess that it is approximately 750-1000 sq. ft..What have recently sold homes in that area sold for in that range? It is an older home and needs some TLC. But it has an acre lot.
I sold a home in Marianna, which is a larger community than Sneads, back in August. It was around 900 sq. ft. and was an older home like yours, but in pristine condition. It sold for 85,000. I realize this question is a little old, but with the market like it is now, I believe your house would be worth considerably less. if it is in the city limits other older homes have been appraised for around one hundred thousand dollars.
