I own the property at 2109 w. fremont dr that appraisal was $183k on jan 1,2007 and aug 3, 2009, $128k.
is the downturn on west fremont dr due to r.e. market , crime, lower neighborhood standards, schools. Knoell, r u maintaing the community standards? What's ur best guess when it will bottom and value today (zillow.com) is $128k, best educated guess what will be property be appraised one(1) yr from today.
