Pinehurst area should I build on my owned property or hold it and buy a home?

Remember, it is a buyer's market and there are a lot of great homes that may be priced less per square footage than if you were to build. What price range are you hoping to be in if you build? Where is your lot located? There are not many great buildable lots left in the area. You may find a builder who needs a lot now to build on.
