This is a great neighborhood. The lots are patio size, which means smaller. The quality workmanship is superb. The location is great. It is located in the heart of Evans Town Center. You can walk to library, grocery, restaurants, etc.

Em...You seem to REALLY like the Northridge neighborhood. The site agents have put together a great folder for this neighborhood that will give you reasons to purhcase a home in Northridge. It tells you WHY the neighborhood was built the way it was and what will attract you to the neighborhood. If you are looking for a "downtown, close to everything" feel, this may be the neighborhood for you. There is a huge development, Marshall Square, that will bring numerous businesses close by...in the near future. The quality of the construction in this neighborhood is outstanding. The homes are truly unique. The Northridge preferred builders are some of the best in the area. Because of this, it is one of the higher priced neighborhoods (per home size) in the Evans area.
