I'm offering owner financing for a new townhome in Temple Terrace, Fl

I have a new townhome in Temple Terrace. Actually it's in the Marbella complex. Here's a link that should work. If you think you have a serious buyer let me know ASAP. A renter signed a lease on Friday and is mailing the lease, which I have not signed yet.
