That information is not available at the click of the button, but I have done a quick analysis for you.
I have taken the last quarter of each years sales and averaged the sales price per square foot. Based on the simple and quick data search we find the following:
Q4 2008 3 sales at $81.42 per square foot
Q4 2007 4 sales at $102.32 per square foot
Q4 2006 2 sales at $119.07 per square foot
Q4 2005 6 sales at $121.80 per square foot
Now here is the interesting number:
Q4 2004 11 sales @ $81.75 per square foot.
In essence, one could buy a condo today in Temple Terrace at the same price as 2004.
It is important to understand that this is a general "trend" analysis. It does not take into account amenities, location or age of the building. But, it does give us our trend indicators.
I have taken a look at current listings available in Temple Terrace and the closest I have to the average recently sold price is listing T2335304. You can pull that listing up yourself at our web site http://www.brandondwellings.com or at Realtor.com at http://www.realtor.com.
Probably the "best" buy in Temple Terrace right now as far a a condo goes would be a foreclosed 1100 square feet, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit listed for $75 a square foot. There is an older unit in a not gated community that is also bank owned with 1300 plus square feet for $66 a square foot.
