What reliable sites are you referring to? Are you looking for available listings, foreclosure listings, expired listings? Please be more specific.

If you are an agent have you considered MLS ? or question about posting your listings?

The problem is that if you're looking for listings to get, there's not so much... If you're looking for a specific client, then use the MLS, or try FSBO's in the NY Times or a reliable paper. By the time most listings hit sites like Trulia or Street Easy, they're already someone elses exclusive. As Tom Hopkins would say, prospect, prospect, prospect. There are no "easy" routes in Real Estate

Selina, I have been coaching Realtors nationwide for over ten years and tried almost everything out there myself.

There are two things I find that really work: 1) Homegain.com and 2) PROSPECTING!

Call FSBO's, Call Expireds...knock on doors!

New listings will not come to you on their own, get out there and go after them!

One concern I have is why isn't your Broker providing this information and the guidance you need?

Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss your prospecting or any other aspect of real estate.
