There are 6 in the North Bend area that meet may your needs. Some of the sellers are quite motivated, a great deal may be possible . Three are vacant and three have been on the market for over 100 days.

I've seen one great bank-owned/foreclosure in North Bend with over two acres. This new construction house is halfway done, you could customize it however you wanted, it's only $200k to get started.

Daniel - North Bend is pretty slow right now, although there are some great properties available and a lot fo the sellers are quite motivated.
