Glen Vista is a covenanted subdivision about 20 miles southwest of Canon City. The roads are maintained by the HOA. Most lots are between 5 & 6 acres. There are a variety of stick built and manufactured homes in the area. Recently, there have been several bank owned properties which have been listed and sold at low prices. There is nothing wrong with the area. Weather is typically fairly mild. The main roads to access the area are county maintained. This is a good area to look for reasonably priced homes and vacant land with small acreage.
