Hi Joseph,
I had my answer all typed out and it got erased so here I go again..here are the numbers that I came up with. We did change MLS systems about 2 years ago but all the data should have transferred over. I used residential listings. it is possible that a condex may be part of the data. I would have to print out a bunch of reports and really dive into it..but these numbers should give you a good idea. these are only SFH not condo's. Litchfield has grown a bunch over the years due to its location to Manchester Airport and the fact that the airport has brought more business/jobs to the area. Hope you find this helpful. You can also go to the http://www.nhar.org website where it gives you a breakdown between 06-07 in more detail. You can see that the market did peak in 05 and we are slowing coming back down. (but to what point is the question) Thanks!

Litchfield Sales

2003 97 273,063
2004 98 301,662

2006 81 324,520
