I have two trailer lots in Combes I bought about 15 - 20 years ago. I've been kicking around the idea of
selling them but I am wondering if I would be able to sell both and if so more or less how much.

Sell them both, get a Realtor who can list it as both commercial and residential as a package.

I'd sell them. You might be able to invest the money in another vehicle that could yield better returns. If you need assistance finding a Realtor in Combes to assist you please let me know. We can get them to give you an estimate of value. It will depend on the size of the lots, if there are still people moving in and out of the area, if they're big enough to fit double wide or only singles, etc.
