I have 10 acres of land on FM 3520 that was clear cut aprox two years ago. How much is the land worht?

The price of raw land is going down according to some reports. Last I heard the average was just under $1,000 per acre. Of course this depends on several variables.
Depending on the location and the suitability of the property, it is hard to say from afar.
Get an appraisal of the property to get the best answer to your question.

Difficult to state unless many more questions are answered. Best with raw land have an appraiser provide you accurate info.
