I have a two family rental property. On Brookside Avenue. Upstairs apt is a 2- bedroom with den and 1 bath.

Downstairs 1 bedroom and den and 1 bath. Both apartments are old but clean. Hardwood floors throughout. Shared Laundry in the basement. The property also has a long drive way with a detatched garage. What should I be charging for rent?

You type in the address and rent amount and it will do comparables in your area..

Also does comparables and tracks trends...
