I have a question about the condo market in Westwood. Thinking about all those condos on Wilshire within a

brisk walk of UCLA campus. Anyone have good color on what the inventory of homes is like, and the pricing trends etc? Thanks!

I currently am representing a buyer in escrow on a condo in the wilshire corridor. These units are sitting much longer then normal. We decided to make a low offer, and suprisingly it was accepted with no counter! My buyer is very happy and we are looking to close very soon. This will be my fifth condo transaction in the area- represnting buyers

Condos in Westwood are fairly desirable, and you have a huge range of inventory, from luxurious buildings with every amenity to converted apartments. The location is great, for people working on the westside as well as units for investment purposes to lease out to University students and employees. Ron gave you a good breakdown of the inventory...I'm trying to answer from a practical point of view.

Good Luck!

There are 84 condos or co-ops for sale on Wilshire in Westwood at the moment. They range in price from $110,000 to $11,500,000. Home owners dues range from $168 to $5,535 /month (perhaps not coincidentally for those two properties, respectively). Does this help? Let me know if you need anything else.
