There are several large real estate companies you can choose from but another avenue maybe listing it on craigslist. Although I am a realtor, I have used craigslist numerous times. Another way option is the Navy Base. They have a housing office which does not cost you anything either. Plus, if there is a problem with the tenant, you can call his/her CO and any issues are taken care of immediately. I would do both bases, Navy Base on the beach as well as Tyndall in town. While you do pay a fee (which is negotiable) for using the professional services of experienced rental offices, if you think you can handle it yourself, you may end up saving 10% of the rent each month, especially if you have someone here locally to help out if you are out of the area.
