I have a lot in Cherokee, all of sudden I am getting lots of calls to sell. what are lots going for?

The location of your lot may have a lot to do with calls. Is it individuals calling? Or is it Realtors? An individual may be a neighbor looking to expand or invest. A Realtor may be farming and looking for listings. There is still a slight growth in the Village, especially around one of the lakes. Verona....If you can provide us with more informations we can help. How large is your lot? Are the utilities located at the street? Does it have water and sewer?
