The location of your lot may have a lot to do with calls. Is it individuals calling? Or is it Realtors? An individual may be a neighbor looking to expand or invest. A Realtor may be farming and looking for listings. There is still a slight growth in the Village, especially around one of the lakes. If you have a good buildable lot on one of the lakes could also be the key. If I can help or refer you to someone who can, just give me an e-mail or checkout our website. Thanks for asking.

Verona....If you can provide us with more informations we can help. How large is your lot? Are the utilities located at the street? Does it have water and sewer?
