Mitchell hit the "nail on the head" as they say. I am very honest with my sellers, working with them to make sure that the home is ready to sell on day one.

Anything you can do to overcome an objection or better yet, not have something be one is my advice! Sure your home may have a half bath instead of a full bath, and that may be a deal-breaker, but then again maybe not. However if the house looks dirty, is cluttered with stuff making it look smaller than it is, they just look and then run to the next house.

Be ready to sell, and ready to move on to your next chapter!!

Sales are very strong. Have not seen the market this hot in years. Houses reasonably priced in reasonable condition are selling fast.

You were inquiring about the house on 10613 Hume Ct, Louisville, KY 40272. It is in the Tarrytowne subdivision.

10613 Hume Ct at $155,000 is the most expensive home currently for sale. It is $86 per sq ft. The houses that have sold to date in the past 12 months have sold on average at $57.76 per sq ft. These are mere averages, but on the surface it looks as though Hume Ct house may be priced too high. For an in depth analysis you may call me at 502-254-9600. Good luck!
