You will find that a 60 pound pet is a problem in almost any condominium or townhouse development.

Most of the condos that allow pets (and there are very few of them) restrict dogs to 30 pounds or less. Or 20 pounds or less. A couple of the luxury condos in Boca Raton allow large dogs, but this tolerance of large pets in condos is very rare.

If you're looking for a home in Boynton Beach and you have a large pet or two or three that are over 50 pounds, you will need to find a single family home, typically in a non-gated community.

In addition, the less expensive the HOA fees, the fewer restrictions you are likely to find in terms of pets or anything else.

Yes, the neighborhood has a weight limit for dogs of 20lbs.

The home is also a short sale therefore the terms of sale must be approved by the sellers mortgage holder.
