Homes aren't show if they are not on the market. You should contact an Agent of your choice for further assistance.

Hi Lilly, as the other agents have noted, the house doesn't start showing until it's listed for sale. With a three year range many things can happen in the market, but I would suggest if you are definitely selling in three years start preparing the house as you go along. For example, if you are going to paint the kitchen and your favorite color is dark purple, I would instead paint it a nice neutral color that will appeal to a wider range of buyers. Try to keep up with minor things and maintenance as you go along so it won't be overwhelming when you want to sell. Once you have arrived at the point in time that you are ready to sell, intervire three or four agents from different companies and see what each has to offer. Good luck.

Houses do not get shown until they are officially on the market.

When you are ready, we would be happy to provide a current market analysis for you.

I would have to agree with what the other two agents are saying here, if you aren't going to have your home on the market for another three years then you shouldn't start showing it until then.

If you don't plan on putting it on the market for 3 years there is no reason to show it before it goes on the market.

You should start showing it once it's on the market, 3 years from now.
