Here in San Diego Ca, there are many homes available that first time buyers can use their VA loans or buy FHA with the 3.5% down so they are out there and they are buying!

I agree, many lookers.... they want to see it all..... we have to help them make up their minds.

Yes I agree in my area in Illinois it shows the same way, there are a few more showings by Realtors which means they connected with buyers who are now ready to look and commit.
Good, we need this to go a little better and Spring and Summer is a good time anyway so let's all keep our fingers crossed. There are some really well priced properties out there for those who can buy at this time.
