I bought a condo at Estero, Fl. as an investment, 6 years ago. I don´t need to sell it right now. Should I?
wait until it´s a sellers market or the properties prices will continue going down?

It sounds like you have answered this question all ready....this is no time to put a property on the market, especially if you can afford to hold onto it until the market shifts. Depends on your situation......but why would you want to sell at the bottom of the market in the best area to live in. I would keep it. Estero is the best area in Southwest Florida.
