I bought a condo at Estero, Fl. as an investment, 6 years ago. I don´t need to sell it right now. Should I?

wait until it´s a sellers market or the properties prices will continue going down?

Ida,
It sounds like you have answered this question all ready....this is no time to put a property on the market, especially if you can afford to hold onto it until the market shifts.

There will be better times....don't panic.....The desirability of Estero will remain strong and your patience rewarded.

The market will come back hang onto it and 6 years ago you probably got it for a decent price! Keep it rented

Keep it. Estero is THE place to be and is the best place to own some property.

Depends on your situation......but why would you want to sell at the bottom of the market in the best area to live in. I would keep it. Estero is the best area in Southwest Florida.

If you don't need to sell, this is not the time. Hang in there. Keep in rented and generate some cash flow.

Is it rented? Have you been able to continuously rent it? Do you have a positive or negative cash flow?
