I believe Ewing is the next hot spot in Mercer County. You can get a 3000 square foot house with 4 bedrooms

2 1/2 baths, a 2 car garage and a basement on 3/4 acre for under $400k and pay only 7 or 8k in propery taxes. It is 10-15 from the Princeton corridor, home to the College of NJ which is considered one of best small schools in the Nation, in addition, Computer Associates just moved to a big office complex in Ewing, the West Trenton train station is going to be linked up with the North East corridor line and unlike all the other towns in Mercer County the schools are not over crowded. I believe that upper middle income families that have been priced out of other Mercer County suburbs will realize that they can either get a little tini tiny condo in West Windsor with no yard for their kids or try Ewing. What do you think?
