Yes it is possible to purchase a home in this area. You need to get with a qualified agent and determine how you are going to purchase the home with cash or loan. If you are going to purchase with a loan you will most likely need to get the loan in your country and wire the money to the escrow company. It is hard to get loans in the US without a social security number and two years of credit and tax history.

Pablo,
It's definitely possible. There are no restrictions on who can buy a house. Of course, you would have to qualify financially to make the purchase.
