I am trying to see all water mill listings this year versus the last 5 years.

Asked by Nickwilliams7, Key Biscayne, FL Thu Jan 2, 2014

I am trying to work out if $700 per sq ft is way too high price to expect for a new build in good location in watermill vs average over the years. Thanks

Hello Nick.

I have seen a surge in prices in the last two years, so the prices that you are looking at are actually lower than they are now. Take a look on the prices per sq ft from last year, and than add about 15% more just to get a ball park figure for this year. Just my opinion from what I have observed in the last year or two.

Good Luck!!!

Don't rely on average square foot pricing, it doesn't account for exact location and other considerations; rather shop around and contact a few local licensed contractors and ask for free estimates based on your needs, then go from there....
