I am trying to prep for refinancing of my home-purchased march 2008 (6113 Medora Rd, Linthicum, md 21090)
please provide the comparable price for homes sold in area for LTV ratio . I see ones for sale avg as $292,383--but what is sale price?
Please send info via email and advise how I can research.

FIRST ANSWER
When you refinance, most lenders require an appraisal -- regardless of the research or opinions you have.
