At the end of August there was a little over a 5 month supply of homes for sale in the Cabot area making an average days to sale of 79 days. The trend over the last few months has been less homes for sale and a shorter days on market. Hope this helps. I post these figures monthly at http://www.littlerockhomesblog.com.
