Any particular neighborhood and price range or just GP in general.
Our MLS stats just split up GP, so the new stats show anywhere from 70 to 100 days. That is for April.

Any real estate company in the area should be able to answer your question. If not, then you know not to use them in the future. Just call one of the companies, ask for the duty agent, and inquire as to the average number of days on market. Good Luck!

It depends on the proximity to new builds, the age,location and condition of the home asking price etc.. etc... hard to give you a firm number of days because I have experienced showing a home to find out an offer was made on it earlier that day as well as showing homes that have been on the market over 120 days.......
