I am partnering up with a notable North Shore architect to expand his existing new construction and custom
home business. He has stuck to the northern North Shore communities of Lake Forest, Highland Park, and Glencoe. I live in one of the homes designed by him in Glencoe and I am interested in expanding our building area to include Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Mettawa, Deerfield, Highland Park, Glencoe, Winnetka, and Northfield. I would like to hear how the market is for spec homes in the communities I have mentioned. I have tried to look for market condition profiles but cannot get anything from them. I noticed that land is very affordable in Lake Forest, Mettawa, Deerfield, Lake Bluff, and Northfield.
