I am moving to Athens, GA for five years and I am considering purchasing a home as opposed to renting.
Does anyone have any input on the market in Athens over the past three years and how the market there is today? Thanks.

It is always better to buy than to rent. The fact is that if their is an oversupply, you may be able to get a better deal. You should certainly use a local realtor to assist you. Let me know if you need any help as I have the ability to network with the top realtors on a national and global basis.
