Now, listings don't often mention that a lease option or owner financing are available and to look for it in a search makes it almost impossible to find what you want.

But, it is a good idea to have your realtor check with the listing agents of homes you like to see if a strong lease-to-own offer would be considered. Or if owner Finance might be available.

You can rule out the bank-owned's for LTO normally.

Last thing, you didn't mention price range and the two listings are 250ish. But, there are 11 more homes that mostly fit, although they do not yet have pools.

BUT they are priced 40 to 100k less. You could add a pool when you excercise your option to buy the home in a couple of years.

Pool and screen deck packages run between 30 and 50 to build.

Something to consider.
