Jenifer, that area has a lot of nice places with real character. I don't live in the area;however, I do visit. Contact an agency that has a commercial broker who specializes as a tenant advocate. They will do the research for you and help you negotiate. I didn't realize there was such a thing until my sons wanted to open a business in Raleigh. They can actually put the numbers together for you. I hope this helps.
