Thanks for contacting me via my blog, but I thought I'd respond here, as well. One thing I should point out, is that I see your home is currently listed by another agent, so I'm ethically limited as t o what I can say here.

The simple answer, is that yes, renting a home out at 174th and Dynamite would be challenging. Last year there were just 3 homes rent out that way all year long. Currently there are 10 homes listed for rent, so your competition is stiff.

I hate to say it, but further advice regarding how you could market your home differently really should come from your agent, given that I know you are already represented.
