I am interested in real estate trends in Leonardo, NJ. Are any houses selling in 07737? Someone said nothing
over $300,000 is moving.

Currently, there are 19 active listings of single family homes priced at $300,000+ in the Leonardo area as per the Monmouth MLS. Within the past 6 months 8 homes have sold in that area, 3 of which were over 300,000. So I wouldn't say that absolutely "nothing" is moving. The average DOM(days on market) for the sold properties was about 160 days.
