I am interested in buying a foreclosed property in Hyannis. I actually travelled down to Hyannis this morning

and viewed a few properties and chose one. I feel confident we can get a great price from the Bank. I estimate in will need $30,000 in non-structural type enhancements (new kitchen, granite/marlbe, hardwoods, paint, landscaping, etc) to make it a well desired first or second home. it sits in a good location. My question is what could I expect to get for an 1800 sq. ft. ranch (3 bed/2 Full Bath, LV Rm, Dining, Family, Kitchen, Large deck and basement) on a .34 acre lot? I am targeting to put it on the market in March '08. Anyone have advice on what target price I should be thinking to be aggressively priced and increase sale opportunity?
