DAYS on the market from listing to purchase? It would be helpful to have the information for the past 12-24 months.

Hi Alissa - Mechanicsburg area is now around 55 DOM to sell according to the local trends data.
You could get more info from Zillow.com or contact a local Realtor to get a more accurate 'range' and 'style' of home to target your numbers better...Hope that helps...
