I am a student looking for square footage prices for a mall I am designing/class project. Where to find them?
My mall project will have one million square feet of space. What is the going price/square footage for retail space in northern wisconsin.

Your school project relates to the commercial real estate world. There is no MLS for commercial real estate, but you could consult http://www.loopnet.com. Good luck with your project!

FIRST ANSWER
There are two prices you are concerned with:
1) Shell space, with all the mechanical and electrical systems - figure at $80 to $110 per sf plus land
2) Build-out: $90 per sf to $130 per sf
