I am a seller and have noticed the past 2 weeks slow... Is the market on the rebound in Woodstock,GA?
Our house has been on the market for 3 months and had 7 showings. We have received extremely positive feedback from most of the showings, but am not sure if the market is really slow or somehow we are not attracting the right buyers. Thanks for any advice.

FIRST ANSWER
We are both a buyer and seller. Keep in mind that almost every buyer who makes an offer has had to (or will need to) accept a SIGNIFICANT loss on their previous/current home.
If you can't compete with foreclosures best not to get into the market right now. Regardless of what a realtor might tell you... it's foreclosure properties that are selling.
