Judy, I have also received inquiries from the Backpage website for Nashville -- http://nashville.backpage.com/rentals/classifieds/
Did you find your tenant yet?

Anna brings up a very important point. ALWAYS set up a meeting at a public place when you are meeting anyone from the internet whether it's about renting this place out or not! ALWAYS! I know it seems strange to say that when the property needs to be viewed, but screen them first.
Hi Judy,
Craigslist is the most widely used in our area that's completely free. However, with there being a national trend of using Craigslist to commit a crime, I would set up a meeting at a public place like a coffee shop first before divulging where you live directly. Other options would be to have a property management company do the screening for you although this would cost you some. Roommates.com is a good resource, not sure of the cost on that. There are also some non profits that are setting up some home sharing websites to help put people together that are struggling through the recession.
I agree with Marilyn, C-List is a great place to market your condo. If you put something like, "Nashville Condo For Rent", it should show up on the first page in google. It will definitely increase your exposure. Use a site like Vflyer to create the add. I would just delete and repost that add every other day. I would also find a few colleges close to the property and market it to them as well.
I hope this helps!
There are many great places to advertise rent share in Nashville. Depending on the location of your condo many neighborhoods have their own community " listservs" . The Nashville Scene reaches alot of Nashville readers as well.

Craigslist.org is probably your best bet, but you can google for free classified sites to find others. There are also roommate sites out there, but I'd go with Craigslist. It's more widely used.
