The real estate market in Friendswood has made a very small correction, unlike some of the other cities you have been hearing about on the news. This is a great time to buy a home in Friendswood because of the lower interest rates and the buyer's position in today's market. Selling a home might be a bit of a challenge; that is why you will need a Realtor to guide you through pricing and staging.

The Friendswood Market has been holding its own. The inventory is high and the days on market is longer like around 4-6 months if priced right. With that being said it is still a good market just there is not many buyers out there. The people in Friendswood that usually move around are staying put and so the majority of Buyers out there are relocation unless by chance a resident has there house for sale and it has sold then they are out there looking also
