It's impossible to put a finite number on a community in general. Some parts of some communities have dropped more than others. It depends on the exact location of the home in a community, the physical condition of the house, etc. The bottom line is, now is a good time to buy a home here. We were one of the first areas to suffer the real estate meltdown and as such we will be one of the first to start the recovery. . . that's usually the way it works.

If you are interested in looking for a home in Mission Bay, I can definitely help you. I moved into the West Boca area 23 years ago and am extremely familiar with Mission Bay and all the surrounding communities.

Please call me at 561-350-8832 and we can discuss this in more detail.

23.83% over the past 12 month period. More precise numbers may be available if we knew the address. You may want to see my recent article "Foreclosures Trends in Southeast Florida" at http://georgesinacori.blogspot.com for some charts and graphs etc

Hi Trevush,

The drop may be different for different size houses and amenities. How large a house are you looking for information on? Or, are you interested in Mission Bay as a whole or a specific section of Mission Bay?

Please give me a call or email with the criteria that meet your needs, and I will be happy to supply the information I do this sort of work for banks all the time, and have a good idea of what they use to consider a value change.
