How much has the value of double wide homes dropped in the last 12 months?

FIRST ANSWER
I haven't noticed a drop in doublewides as long as they are on permanent foundation! We can not sell doublewides that aren't on permanent foundation so if you are looking to sell either put the foundation in by the state engineer standards or sell as cash. They also are not financing any doublewides without the foundation and if the home is older than 10 years without the foundation yes the value has dropped but hopefully not more than you owe!
