It would depend upon the size of the house and the location, but on average, a house in good condition would sell for between 750-890. Of course, it could go much higher depending upon the property, amenities, and location.
El Segundo may be the best kept secret on home values in the South Bay. You can purchase a new 3400+ sqft home close to downtown for less then $1,700,000. The same house in Manhattan Beach would have a starting price well over $2,000,000
