names like Warrington Hunt that it will resemble NE Philadelphia? My guess is less than 10.
I grew up in Warrington and my family has been here for sixty years. It has change quite a lot but it is a wonderful place to live. Most of the changes have been positive. My mother won a contest in the Intelligencer for an article she wrote about where she lives. It was titled "My Little Piece of Heaven on Earth".
Yes, I've been here 15 years and its completely differnet from what it looked like then. However, crowded or not, Central Bucks is still a great place to live and I wouldn't move anywhere else while my kids are still in school. Can't beat the school district, sports programs and communities!
As long as there's land to buy and demand exists, builders will continue building homes. Offices will be developed and strip malls will continue to be built, as long as people wish to move into that area. It's all about supply and demand.
I'll agree that 10 years is a good mark, but that will depend on the overall economy. Once the market recovers, you will see more farms being sold and more new developments being built.
Gosh...I hope not but the suburbs are looking a bit more "cramped" that's for sure! I'm sure 10 years will make a big difference, and demographics certainly can back up your prediction...
