Our MLS doesn't break the data down exactly by area code. I can get you close but not exact. The 65203 area code covers homes south of Broadway and west of Providence. We break the town in to 10 sections - Central Columbia which is the area inside Stadium Blvd, then 4 quadrants outside the Central core to the city limits, and then 4 quadrants that cover the area of Boone County that is outside the city limits and a special area called Boone South that covers Ashland.

So I can give you numbers for SW Columbia -- I think that's probably what you are looking for. It will miss the section of 65203 that is inside the Stadium Blvd area.

From Sept 1, 2009 to October 14, 2009 -- We closed sales on 60 homes and we have 55 transactions pending which means they will close in the coming weeks. We are going to have a stronger than "normal" October & November this year because the First Time Buyer Tax Credit is set to expire Nov 30 so we are seeing buyers scrambling to put in offers this last couple of weeks. NOTE: These numbers do not include Condos or Manufactured homes.

Last year for the same time period, we closed sales on 52 homes.
